Orders & Shipping Guidelines: Any order that is placed before 2pm (PST) Monday-Friday, will go into processing that day and will ship no later than 48 hours after the order is placed and credit card is processed. All orders placed after 2pm (PST) Monday-Thursday, will begin processing the next business day. All orders placed Friday will process the following Monday, unless an Express shipping method is chosen. Orders placed on holidays will begin to process the next business day. If you need to rush an order, we are glad to assist you in receiving the goods, where and when you need them! We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days, under the following circumstances: All merchandise MUST have tags still attached and MUST NOT be worn, washed, or altered in anyway. In addition, all swimsuits MUST have the hygiene label still adhered to the suit, for the protection of our customers. If we receive any altered merchandise as stated above, we will return the merchandise back to the sender at their expense. Please contact us prior to sending the return or exchange merchandise. All conditions stated above apply to exchanges as well. All returns and exchanges are to be paid at the customers expense and we recommend getting the merchandise insured, as we are not responsible for lost goods.
